Snow White and the Huntsman epicosity

GOOD GOD YOU GUYS. I DON’T EVEN KNOW WHAT I’M FEELING RIGHT NOW.

just got back from Snow White and the Huntsman and I’m dead. like serious. i’ve always shipped SnowWhite/Huntsman (thats how it is in the fairy tale ya know), but this…this. is. A FANFICTIONERS DREAM!

i could not shut up during the whole movie-it was REALLY funny (okay not literally, but it’s funny faces and funny accents that make it funny). and i was literally pointing at the screen at one point in my excitement!

I also noticed that it had elements from 6 (SIX) different movies: Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings, Robin Hood, Excalibur, Princess Mononoke, Pirates of the Caribbean.

I was kinda disappointed that Snow White didn’t have alot of dialogue, but lets face it, when Kristen opens her mouth…it’s not pretty.
and i thought some of the makeup jobs were REALLY bad. like epically: you could tell that it was makeup (in movies, you’re not supposed to tell that its makeup).

I was COMPLETELY surprised by the dwarves…had NO idea who was playing them (or that they were even in the movie [there was no mention of them in any of the trailers i saw…])

and GOOD LORD ALMIGHTY! I KNEW HOW IT WAS GOING TO TURN OUT HALF WAY THROUGH IT! (well of course, it follows the fairy tale relatively closely [even if it is a little skewed])

i loved Chris Hemsworth, i loved the special effects, i loved the music, and I LOVE THIS MOVIE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :D

all in all…i can. not. WAIT. to read some dirty, DIRTY fanfiction about this movie. because yes, this is a shippers dream on the big screen, but it’s not the stuff i want to see if you get my drift ;) okay sure i love seeing Hemsworth fight but still… :) oohhh that was epic. just, not as epic as Avengers but still pretty epic :)

Today, my Grandma past away. She would have been 94 tomorrow.
She had a wonderful day yesterday, better than she'd had in months (if not years). But this morning her pulse was too weak. She was made comfortable and her four sons decided to pull the plug. Only two were with her when she went.
She was a very strong woman who loved to laugh.
She was a great story teller—it wasn't very often that we left a family reunion without hearing a story about some family member.
She loved her Grandchildren—all six of them.
She loved to cook. Although in her later years she loved to go to restaurants. Her favorite place was Zender’s in Frankenmuth.
She loved to travel. She's been to 48 states and in recent years would ask my Uncle to take her to Traverse City for dinner!
She was beautiful. I can still hear her laughter, see her smile.
Now she is with God and with her husband. I pray that she is at peace after her many years. And I pray to see her again someday.
I love you Grandma.

right now, i'm watching The Princess and the Frog (dont hate). LOVE THIS MOVIE! i'm a gigantic fan of all Disney movies. quick list of my faves in order:
1. Aladdin
2. Lion King
3. Beauty and the Beast
although if i'm honest, i CANNOT put those three in order. THEY'RE SO GOOD! [anyway...]
4. Toy Story (ALL THREE) (although my order of faves for that series is 1, 3, 2. i really didn't like the 2nd one)
5. The Princess and the Frog
...btw, i'm 19 y/o. haha i'll never be too old for Disney movies :D

I've already got a Word Document consisting of my thoughts and i was bored so i decided to create this blurb page. it will consist of extremely personal thought to what the hell is going on? so it's YOUR choice to read my blog. i can guarantee that i WILL delete hate comments and love love comments. with that being said, i do not care what others think. this is for me and those wanting to read my thoughts. because i have a lot of thoughts. of course it depends on what happens to me during the day if i will post anything (won't be posting everyday).
